This website, NDGSA, is not a service and is free to use. Due to the lack of proper Nigerian Dwarf Goat associations in South Africa, the last thing we need is for an amazing breed like this one, to fade into obscurity. The website, thus far, have connected and informed hundreds of breeders, farmers and admirers of the breed, and hopefully will continue to do so.
The maintainer and founder of this site, Marlon, operates this site from own pocket and time. Responding to emails, updating pages and sending links and answers takes time. The hosting also is not free financially or in time. You can tip something into the tip jar, if you like. It would help a lot.
Another way to help, is to spread the word. Connecting all the keepers, farmers and breeders of Nigerian Dwarf Goats is the ultimate goal and will serve as a huge benefit to everyone. We can all share resources, breeding records, details, products and information via this site, or the WhatsApp group to avoid misinformation, inbreeding and demovation during tough times. There’s enough for everyone, sharing is caring.
